Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 10 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. So darling!! Everything was fantastic. Tony is lovely! Wonderful service; friendly, attentive, and kind. The food and tea were spectacular! Nothing but high praise and "Mmmmm that's yummy!!" from me and my fiance! We are definitely making this a regular spot. Thank you again! 🩷

We had a reservation. It seems walk-ins are avakiable but it might be full because they take reservations but it wasnt too busy. The tea was high quality and fresh and hot on the table. I had the steak and stout pie and it was exquisite. The dessert was the best part though. It was an apple desert with cream instea dof ice cream and it was better than ice cream with the desert.

I’m British, and came to visit family in Georgia. I was recommended this shop, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else! I haven’t tried the food from the tea rooms, but after my experience, I don’t think I would. Going in, it’s very small, which is fair enough for this way of the world, as British culture isn’t that big over here. Not much selection of food, but what they did have was extremely overpriced. The older lady, who i’m assuming is the owner, was very hostile and rude to both myself, and my family. My brother asked for the date on something, and she shrugged him off with an ‘I don’t know, they come in frozen’ and that was the end of that… I asked if she had a restroom, and her reply was just a stern ‘yes’, no indication of where they were. I had to actually ask where the restrooms were, and she looked at me like I was dirt. I truly don’t recommend coming here, it’s not a true representation of our British culture and hospitality!

A nice little spot to have a cup of tea. The atmosphere feels very personal. The menu includes a few tea options and enough dishes for more than just tea time. The store contains a pretty wide variety of imported British food and candy to take home with you. Definitely worth a stop for lunch and dessert.

This spot is PHENOMENAL, to state it lightly. Not only is the fayre 100% authentic… it is 100% delicious! Ms. Francis is a wonderful hoot and true delight! She goes above and beyond to source as ethically and sustainably as possible, and incorporates carefully selected ingredients into a seasonal menu. From the tea, to the pastries, to the salad dressing! You can taste the love in every bite!
